Spring Break recap/picture overload

I have something to admit........

I have been spoiled!! Spoiled by working when students go to school and not working every single time they get a break (Thanksgiving break, Christmas break, Spring break, Summer break, etc...)  I seriously feel like I never ever have the right to complain about my job because I feel so fortunate to get so many breaks.  I could never ever ever ever ever NOT work in a school system.  I'm spoiled, I know, but the Lord knew what he was doing when he started me off in a school system.  (just FYI: It's so amazing what He will do in our lives if we can just learn to trust in Him)  Anyway, because I was off for a week for Spring break, I was able to spend some much needed quality time with these two adorable crazies:
Most of you that are reading this blog already know these 2 crazies because I talk about them alllll the time.  BUT, If you haven't met them yet, then here ya go:

Meet Rylee (my mini me):
Rylee is now 5 years old!!!! FIVE!!!! I feel like such a mom for saying this but.....She is getting SO big SO fast!!! She seriously has the sweetest heart of any human being I know! You can simply say the name "Rylee" or I can just think about her and will automatically start smiling. (well that goes for both of these 2 youngins)  :) She is absolutely PRECIOUS!

Now, meet Khloe:
Khloe is 2 years old now!  She is the funniest/most loving child on this planet.  She always keeps me laughing just because of her personality.  (She has no clue she's being funny)  Khloe is a lot like me in the food industry: She LOVES to eat, LOVES IT.  Give her food, and I promise you're her new best friend :) She is ADORABLE!!
These 2 really are my best friends.  I can't imagine life without them!!! =)

Now on to Spring Break:
We had SUCH a good time during our spring break.  Most of our days were spent at the park, at our local ice cream shop (I hope their mama is not reading....she might still love me anyways =)), or in my back yard just goofing off.
Our 3rd day of spring break, we got pretty bored at the house, so I found this adorable idea on none other than Pinterest

And I immediately got the crazies ready and headed to the Dollar Store/Wal-Mart to gather plastic eggs, candy, and baskets.
I then asked Rylee to tell me a little about each person who we were "egging" so we could write them a sweet note.  This was my favorite part about the whole day!! Just listening to her tell me why each person is so special to her was so sweet!! Here is what she came up with:

I think in the meantime, Khloe woke up from her nap and I completely forgot to take a picture of my best friend and her husbands' special note :( But it was just as sweet. :)
Here is what Khloe wanted to say:

FINALLY we stuffed these into eggs and filled the rest of eggs with candy and we were ready to go, we stopped by each persons house, dropped the baskets somewhere safe, taped the sign on their door letting them know that they had been EGGED, rang the doorbell, and RAN!!! :)  (everyone was at work, but it was way more fun if the girls thought that we might get caught haha)

The carnival was also in town spring break week.  The girls had been asking aaaaallllll week if we could go, but I didn't want to take them by myself.  So, I waited until Friday afternoon when Darren got off so he could go with us.  When we arrived at the carnival and the girls saw all of the rides, they started screaming with excitment.  There isn't a ride that is too scary for Rylee.  She LOOVES scary rides that turn you upside down, backwards, inside out, and any other way you can think of.  Khloe on the other hand, isn't too fond of rollercoasters.....AT.ALL! haha  (I love how different they are)

Hope you enjoy the pictures as much as we enjoyed our spring break!!! :)
